Nolan’s professional journey began at the age of 13 when he started working as a busboy. He spent 14 years in the hospitality industry, working his way up through every position to eventually become a general manager.
At 29, Nolan made a complete career transition into the information technology sector, where he founded a software company called EncrypTek software inc, . Nolan has cultivated a multidisciplinary expertise through his academic journey, which began with a strong technical foundation in Computer Engineering. He then earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership, all while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA. His academic excellence is further demonstrated by being ranked in the top 1% globally on his ACBSP Test and his current pursuit of a PhD in Psychology.
In addition to his degrees, Nolan has earned nine national certifications from prominent industry leaders like Microsoft, Apple, Google, and CompTIA. He is also a member of the National Honor Society and the Kappa Beta Delta International Honor Society.
